Joining Visiontech in 2018, Keoni comes from a background in audio/visual system design and engineering, recording arts, live sound, and tech-driven project management. As a member of the Support & Development Team, he works with our executives and end users in engineering custom turnkey display systems, assists both our clients and crews alike in resolving challenges in the field, and aids in R&D advances and implementations.

With an impressive 30-year resumé in Accounting & Business Management, Dot Carvill heads up our Accounts Receivable department, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the finance team. Dot moved here from West Virginia in 2014, and joined our team in 2019. She is all about family, and especially loves spending time with her great grandson Javeon.

One of the most knowledgeable members of our AE team, Anthony grew up in the sign business- working weekends sweeping floors in our Missouri Neon custom fabrication department, and began working full-time at age 25. Shortly after, he was populating LED boards and building display cabinets in LED manufacturing- this knowledge & ground-level experience propelled him to sales, joining our AE team at the age of 32. Anthony now travels across the US working directly with our clients, performing LED demos with our live demo truck fleet, and attending signage expos throughout the States.

Indianapolis, Indiana is Carl’s hometown stomping grounds, and with 25 years of master fabrication experience, his custom design expertise is second to none and a valuable addition to the Account Executive team’s collective expertise. While not designing signs and displays, his grandchildren and the outdoors command his free time.

Carl heads up our Production department, and is our most senior of team leaders- scratch-building Visiontech displays since 1998. His tenure and experience at Visiontech is an invaluable part of the team, giving him an unparalleled amount of knowledge in circuitry and display design. While he’s most comfortable in a saddle, his master restoration of antiques is second to none.

Casey is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of all aspects of our vast cutting edge technology, he excels at I.T. services such as cloud-managed firewalls, access points, anti-virus, and network installations and cloud-managed services. Casey enjoys designing synthesizer circuitry, and creating electronic music when he’s able.

All the way from Mexico City, Eduardo works in our Production department, assembling and testing our display systems prior to delivery, and assists our service crews in the field. A culinary master, his background in original dish creation brings a unique level of creativity to the team. When not on the shop floor, Eduardo is a proud father of 2 and enjoys family time above all else.

Getting his start in the sign business as a fabricator back in the late 90s, John brought his experience to the team in 2019- and has been an invaluable asset as our Estimator since. Holding a three-year industrial equipment Master Patterns license, John has seen almost all sides of the signage industry- including lettering by hand, metal fab, and team management. A College of the Ozarks alum, and a proud father to his only daughter Abby (who also is a CofO Wildcat!), John enjoys the outdoors when he’s able.

Jonathan has been with Visiontech since 2019, starting out on our fabrication and assembly floor, and later moving over to the field service & maintenance team. He now is a member of our Technical Support team, and is responsible for building the controllers for our digital displays, and assisting clients with their Visiontech display systems.

Carrol joined our team in 2015, and is the Executive Assistant to the President/Project Coordinator, Interim Human Resources Director, and Payroll Administrator. For her, the phrase ‘wearing many hats’ is an understatement, as she oversees securing permits, business licenses and bonds, manages payroll, and much more. In addition to experience in Accounts Reconciliation & Research, Loan Account Management, and being a Certified Educator- she also was a successful small business owner. Mrs. Mell has a BS in PR & Business Marketing from MCU, and a Master of Arts in Education from MSU.

In his spare time, Mike is a professional martial arts instructor and competition judge, and enjoys travelling.

During her early tenure, she would team with her husband Chris in starting their own company, building it to a successful multi-million dollar enterprise in short order. As family became a primary focus, Sabrina joined our Account Executive team, and consistently delivers an unmatched level of service & quality with every client she works with.

Joining the team in 2011, Nate has been a company leader in metal fabrication and heavy machinery. With the ability to run just about any heavy equipment imaginable, he commands an impressive lineup of certifications and qualifications in and out of the sign industry, and can bring to life any sign design our Executive team creates. An outdoorsman outside of work, the fishing pole and fresh air is never far from his mind.

Danny is a born-and-raised Queen City native, and has worked in the sign & fabrication industry for over 45 years. Joining the company in 2013, he brings an untold amount of experience to the fabrication team, and his skills (and eye for details) are simply second to none. Woodworking is a lifelong hobby of his, and with a family of 3(!) generations alongside his wife of 43 years, Danny is a proud family man above all else.

A proud father of two and a first-rate farrier by trade, Darren joined the team in 2000 and now works in our Operations department, managing production and inventory assets company-wide. Studying Business Management at CSU and completing his electrician’s apprenticeship program in 1995, his many-faceted skills bring many invaluable strengths to the team. Outside of work, Darren is never far from our equine companions, and spends his time with his son, Bryce, and daughter, Brooke Del Ray.

Boasting an incredible 34 years in the signage industry, he has been with our team since 1997, and is among our most seasoned industry veterans. Tim enjoys venue table gaming and time off- when he can get it.
