When the Quapaw Nation broke ground on their new Saracen Casino & Resort project in Pine Bluff, Arkansas- all involved knew this was going to be a project to behold.
The tribe spared no expense bringing the absolute best-in-class from the ground up, and reached out to Visiontech to discuss plans for a state-of-the-art video wall for the Casino’s Sportsbook. It was made clear that this project would be not only unique- but would continue to delight and amaze their clients for years to come.

Measuring up at a stunning 28’ wide and 7’ tall, as of January 2021, the Saracen Sports Book Video Wall is the largest privately-owned LED video wall in the Midwest region. The bezel-less video wall is capable of handling a significant amount of unique video signals simultaneously, while boasting the ability to store video window presets to divide up the wall’s display however the user or client sees fit. The VT-MX Series COB modules used for the LED panels themselves are impact-resistant, front-serviceable, water-resistant, and can be easily cleaned by staff with a damp towel- without fear of damaging the video wall display whatsoever. Simply put- the wall is capable of flawlessly operating in even the most demanding environments, and its level of serviceability makes it extremely easy to work on.
The wall is controlled by two endpoints- an iPad that monitors and controls video signal & source changes, and a touchscreen for recalling video window presets quickly and easily. This guarantees that even on the busiest of nights, the bar & wait staff can effortlessly accommodate client requests for channel changes, window changes, and displaying just about any live sports game or otherwise in 28-foot full-screen glory, all at the press of a button.
The design engineers at Visiontech teamed up with valued partners in Pitt Technology Group- here in Springfield, Missouri- to work in tandem on designing a world-class system that would allow the Saracen Resort to offer their clientele the absolute pinnacle of video display technology- for decades to come.
Alongside the Quapaw Tribe’s industry-leading IT and Marketing teams, we deployed an incredibly versatile back-end control display system that, while very complex in design, needed to be simple and straightforward enough for anyone to use with minimal training required. Requirements were also set that the system would need to integrate with their Q-SYS and Crestron-controlled audio/video network across the resort.
